THE FIRST-ever hop-on hop-off party bus has launched in Singapore through a two-year partnership between Citytours and British firm, Singapore Parties.
The 55-seat double-decker Funvee bus with a professional party host gives revellers exclusive VIP access to more than 35 top party venues, including The Arena at St James Power Station and The White Rabbit at Dempsey, and up to 60 per cent discount on f&b. For 30 days following the ride, patrons can still enjoy treats such as VIP entry passes and free drinks.
Offering flexible pick-up and drop-off points, the party bus is presently only available for private hire by corporate groups and travel agents at S$1,799 (US$1,249) for 26 persons, with additional persons charged S$69 per head. Agents get trade discounts of 10 to 15 per cent. Individual tickets will be released in the next three to six months.
There is just one party bus in operation at present but Singapore Parties managing director Lazio said the company would look at expanding its fleet in the future.
